Position: Relationship Manager – OG III

Locations:

Bannu, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Karachi, Lahore, Larkana, Mansehra, Mardan, Mianwali, Mirpur (A.K), Mirpurkhas, Multan, Muzaffarabad, Peshawar, Rawalakot, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Sibi, Sukkur, Swat, Vehari.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education/Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC. Candidates with Master’s degrees will be given preference.
  • Age: Maximum 28 years (as of the last date of the application submission).
  • Experience: Candidates with 01 year of banking experience in sales will be preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct daily customer visits for new and existing customers (Conventional & Islamic Banking).
  2. Achieve assigned deposit targets through new and existing customers.
  3. Create viable product plans based on customer needs and analyze benefits, risks, and costs.
  4. Achieve cross-sell targets of bank products.
  5. Maintain high service quality standards for business retention.
  6. Resolve customer queries/issues efficiently and resourcefully.
  7. Ensure tail management by activating dormant accounts and deepening tail accounts.
  8. Participate in periodic mass customer contact drives and market activities.
  9. Ensure compliance with banking laws, instructions, regulations, and procedures.
  10. Maintain comprehensive records related to daily business operations.
  11. Address audit requirements and observations, ensuring a shariah-compliant environment in Islamic Banking Windows.
  12. Complete all processes within specified TAT and follow SOPs as per the bank’s policies.
  13. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the competent authority.

Other Knowledge/Competencies Required:

  • Sales management and good interpersonal skills.
  • Geographical knowledge of the place of posting.
  • Knowledge of banking and products.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office & databases.
